We met Sigfredo in January almost by chance. A friend of ours in El Zonte introduced us to the Renacer Farm School project that Sigfredo is involved in, which aims to empower and educate small holder farmers on regenerative agriculture that can provide exceptional coffees. The practices taught and shared encourage sustainable methods that take advantage of an entire ecosystem and encourage natural soil health. Sigfredo has a new mill in Los Naranjos that processes all the coffees from the farm school project. Sigfredo has an amazing friendly vibe and is clearly looking out for his fellow Salvadorans.
