Sourcing Trip 2025 | El Salvador


This trip invites you to the diverse producing country of El Salvador. Hosted by Carlos Pola, you’ll immerse in the last of harvest, meet the processing teams on both farms, and leave with a deeper understanding of your coffees. At Pola’s lab, we’ll cup fresh crop and select lots to bring to the US. 

You'll also experience El Salvador's unique geography, culture, and microclimates. We’ll enjoy the mountain cool of Juayúa as well as downtime in the beautiful surf village of El Zonte. Many meals will celebrate our favorite Salvi dishes; you can’t leave without eating pupusas & yucca bowls!

Pola will also treat us to dinner at his home in Juayúa. Here you’ll get one-on-one time to have real conversations. We’re known to end these with a nightcap that turns into intriguing conversations about the industry. :)
